The Senator coaching staff prides themselves on running their organization just like a Major League organization.  They want their players to hone their baseball skills and knowledge while also learning how to deal with the rigors of preparing like a professional ballplayer.  The Vienna Senators win because they prepare like champions.  They know that it takes hard work to succeed as a baseball team and there is no substitution for proper preparation.  Senator players spend the majority of the day getting ready for the game.  The game is probably the easiest part of the day for the players.  The following is a sample of what typical day is like for the Senator players:

6:20 p.m.- Senator Infield		2:20 p.m.- Senator Infield
6:30 p.m.- Visitor Infield		2:30 p.m.- Visitor Infield
6:40 p.m.- Field Prep/ Water/Lines		2:40 p.m.- Field Prep/ Water/Lines
7 p.m.- Gametime		3 p.m.- Gametime

All Senator players have strong work habits and an innate desire to win that is demonstrated by the number of championships that the Senators have won and the scores of professional ballplayers that the coaching staff has produced.  To be a Vienna Senator, you have to prepare like a champion so that you can play like a champion!
